No fool like a fool who does not know he's a fool and insists on being a fool

Thank you for contacting me regarding drilling off of Florida's coast and in other areas of the United States.

I'm concerned about how oil drilling could destroy Florida's $50-billion, tourist-driven economy and our fragile environment. I also believe drilling off Florida would place our nation's military readiness at risk, because it would interfere with military testing and training in the Eastern Gulf of Mexico. Further, studies have shown there isn't enough oil in the Eastern Gulf or the Arctic Refuge to significantly impact supply, ease gas prices, or reduce our dependence on foreign oil.

Instead, I believe we must develop a long-term energy strategy that will, among other things, reduce our dependency on foreign oil and our consumption of fossil fuels. I believe we can achieve this goal by raising the fuel economy of cars and trucks, providing incentives for the purchase of more flex-fuel and hybrid vehicles, and by increasing research and development into technologies like cellulose's ethanol as a renewable transportation fuel. Another way to lessen our nation's reliance on fossil fuels is to spur the development of renewable electrical power. Hahahahahahaha;

Regarding drilling off of Florida's coast and in other areas of the United States. Your wrong Mr. Nelson. You don't care about 4.00 (to be 15.00) a gallon of Gas. You are busy robbing the taxpayer plenty Gas for you, it is cheap for you. As the price of the gallon goes up so does your chances of voting you out of office.

I write on your position on my blogs and I hope you are voted out of Office. I put up a sign on my yard because you don't know what your talking about. You make me laugh because you are concerned about how oil drilling n how it could destroy Florida's $50-billion, tourist-driven economy. You don't get it, Billie boy, at $12.00 a gallon of gas nobody will come to Florida at all. I already cancelled the YMCA because of the gas , and that's a few miles away.

No gas to travel to Florida for a vacation, and our fragile environment is a lie. I also know that drilling off Florida would place our nation's military readiness in top form since the Navy moved back to Florida. You wrong again, because drilling would never interfere with military testing and training in the Eastern Gulf of Mexico., its better practice for the military on there markmanship.

I differ with the studies have shown there isn't enough oil in the Eastern Gulf or the Arctic Refuge. Just the idea of drilling would kick ass to the enemies who supply our gas. Drilling will, ease gas prices, or reduce our dependence on foreign oil.

Instead, I believe u wrong again as you develop a long-term energy strategy that will, among other things, reduce our dependency on foreign oil and our consumption of fossil fuels since you are doing nothing except castrating our economy.

I agree we can achieve this goal by raising the fuel economy of cars and trucks, providing incentives for the purchase of more flex-fuel and hybrid vehicles, and by increasing research and development into technologies like cellulose's ethanol as a renewable transportation fuel. However none of this will help us immediately...

Another way says Billie Boy, to lessen our nation's reliance on fossil fuels is to spur the development of renewable electrical power, yes so when will you start a nuclear plant to charge all the new electric cars.

We need to start drilling of the coasts because it will cost you your job.
