Hugo Chavez esta chavao

Nearly 51 per cent of voters rejected the reform proposed by Chavez, while 49 per cent voted in favour of it. More than 44 per cent of the electorate did not turn out to vote in the oil-rich nation.

El Universal said the officers warned Chavez that waiting for a full count would bring a 'river of blood' on the country. Oh Boy is Chavez a sore loser. Whats the matter Hugo no quiren su jugo.
At Fuerte Tiuna, the main military barracks in Caracas, troops were called in, and one general warned the president that the Armed Forces would not repress the unsettled population and that the country 'would not stand those few days of agitation,' . Venezuelans are not happy campers. I suspect the military juntas are warning el presidente hugo, they will not go against the people.

Reportedly, when Chavez found out the result, he was angry and turned against his campaign command. 'They lied to me, they deceived me,' he was quoted as saying. However the votes are not deceiving, Venezuela is speaking loud and clear.
I don't think Chavez has his military behind him. Someone may just take Chavez out from his own soldiers. I hope so, God Bless the military, and Who ever does Latin America and the United States a favor.

Undocumented Immigrants are Illegal Aliens Get it

Dozens of attorneys from some of the nation's most powerful law firms have united to create a task force that will come to the aid of undocumented immigrants, NBC11's Damian Trujillo reported Monday.

The 60 attorneys from 14 law firms have said they will face the government head-on -- challenging the legality of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids. Bay Area Lawyers Represent Immigrants For Free. The legal plan called for the lawyers to vigorously defend the constitutional rights of all people, including undocumented immigrants, Trujillo said.
Andrew Thomases said Dechert LLP, which represents Yahoo, and the other law firms would represent undocumented immigrants for free. "We do have the resources to help all our clients," Thomases said. "All individuals have constitutional rights, and we want to make sure the rights are not violated, and the government is not violating the Fourth or Fifth Amendment when doing searches and seizures."

Eight lawyers from the international firm are on the list of high-powered attorneys who will go to court against ICE, Thomases said. Thomases said lawyers would specifically tackle violations such as entering an apartment without a warrant or pushing an immigrant to answer questions when he refuses to talk.

All these Lawyers should have there licenses pulled and suspended. Undocumented immigrants are Illegal aliens and any officer of any courts have a duty to the Bar association and the people of the United States.

Attorney's have no reason to defend the vague and non existent rights to remain in the United States if they do not belong here. Nine out of ten people of the United States are opposed to any illegal people in our country. We have laws that are on the books relative to these people being here illegally.

Undocumented immigrants is a euphemism for illegal aliens, a nice play on words by lawyers racist groups and certain Senators. The same Lawyers who think we, the rest of us are stupid.

Hugo Chavez is getting the message, watch your mouth.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's left-wing, oil-fueled revolution fizzles out.
So it was a sign that things perhaps weren't looking good for the fiery, anti-U.S. leader Sunday night when he didn't appear on the balcony of Miraflores, the Caracas presidential palace, pumping his fists and crowing confidently about victory. Venezuela's polls had closed in a national referendum on a raft of constitutional reforms that would have profoundly tightened his hold on political power in Venezuela — including an amendment to eliminate presidential term limits (which currently last six years). Instead, Chavez's Vice President, Jorge Rodriguez, appeared as the night wore on and told reporters, "We will respect the result, whatever it is."
Finally, Coming to Grips with Chavez. To the astonishment of his opponents, Chavez did. At around 2 am this morning, Caracas time, Chavez conceded his first electoral defeat since winning Venezuela's presidency in 1998.
After facing an unusually strong protest movement on the streets of Venezuela's major cities his reforms were narrowly beaten back by a 51% to 49% margin. The results shows that Chavez cronies can't count and the fix was in, however they did not expect the Venezuelans to come out and vote against, the Castro wanna be.

Only about half of Venezuela's 16 million registered voters showed up at the polls on Sunday, yeah...I bet. Low turnout was supposed to have hurt the opposition's NO vote.
In the end it was Chavez, thought to have a reliable populist political machine at his disposal to get out the YES vote, HAHAHAHA, who couldn't rouse his base among Venezuela's majority poor. Despite having benefited from Chavez's vast socialist project, the poor backed away from his bid to realize "21st-century socialism,".

Venezuelans also appear to have told Chavez and his Bolivarian Revolution "NO".

I know some Venezuelans, and they are smart people. I was surprised that a bum like Hugo Chavez could take over a Country like Venezuela and get as far as Chavez did. God Bless the Spirit of Venezuela and its people who see Chavez for what he is, a thug.
